Abaris Sponsors Composite Repair Skills Contest at 2018 Aerospace Maintenance Competition Event

Abaris’ own Corrie Volinkaty just returned from judging competitors in the Aerospace Maintenance Competition (AMC) April 9-11th, 2018 at the MRO Americas in Orlando Florida. Abaris once again is offering scholarships to M-1/R-1 Advanced Composite Structures: Fabrication & Damage Repair – Phase 1 Course, to the top score in each of 5 categories of competition. Judging will be based on time, workmanship & best practices. It might be noted that Heatcon Composite Systems, Seattle, WA partnered with Abaris in this effort to produce the composite skills competition by providing state of the art hot-bonders and heat blankets for the event.
