The EPSRC Future Composites Manufacturing Research Hub (The Hub) has released the program for its one day conference, taking place alongside ICMAC 2018 on the July 10, 2018 in Nottingham, UK.
Highlights of the Open-Day include two industry keynote speakers, two interactive workshops, and technical presentations from all research projects currently funded by the Hub. Attendees will discover how to engage further with the Hub, including the support the Hub requires to continue its development and expansion. For students, there will be quick-fire “elevator pitches” with the current IDC cohort, and a poster competition. Q&A sessions will provide opportunities to network and discuss research interests with Hub partners.
Headed by Hub Director, Andy Long, the event features speakers from across the industry and academia and includes topics from both Airbus and Gordon Murray Design.
