Leading Technology Composites (LTC) has successfully acquired the business assets and contracts of ArmorStruxx, a Lodi, California company.

While the terms of the asset acquisition are not public, the contracts and key equipment will be transitioned to LTC’s Wichita, Kansas manufacturing facilities beginning immediately.
