3M Appoints Michael F. Roman as CEO

3M has appointed Michael F. Roman as the chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2018. He succeeds Inge G. Thulin, who is appointed to a newly created position, executive chairman of the board, also effective July 1, 2018.
