Registration Open for ACMA's "RTR Update of Composites Manufacturing MACT Standard" Webinar

December 04 2017

EPA released a database that will support the development of a risk and technology review (RTR) standard for composites manufacturing. EPA will use information in the database to assess the health risk posed to community members as a result of composites manufacturing emissions. The RTR standard will require the industry to adopt additional controls if the agency determines that communities are at excessive risk.

ACMA is calling on each composites manufacturer to download and review the database of industry facilities EPA is using for the RTR MACT update. To avoid costly control requirements based on incorrect information, companies should ensure that the information is accurate and complete.
