bio!CAR – a Perfect Match at Composites Europe in Stuttgart

Bioplastics MAGAZINE together with nova-Institute is organizing the second edition of the bio! CAR conference on bio-based materials for the automotive industry.

On September 20 and 21, experts from all areas of bio-based materials in automotive will present their latest developments at the bio! CAR conference (www.bioplasticsmagazine.com/en/events/bio-car/) in Stuttgart, Germany.

The scope of materials covered includes conventional plastics filled or reinforced with sophisticated woven and non-woven natural fibers, bio-based, so-called "drop-in" plastics, such as polyamides based on castor oil or polyolefins. Also "new" bioplastics, such as PLA and isosorbide-based polycarbonates, are covered, as well as thermoset resins from renewable resources and bio-based alternatives for rubber and elastomers.

COMPOSITES EUROPE 2017 will be presenting everything in the field of composites from 19 to 21 September in Stuttgart. A total of 14 companies can present the topic of bio-composites at the trade fair. The joint pavilion is located centrally in the fiber area in hall 6 stand D50.
