Dr. Sanjay Mazumdar, Ph.D., CEO
With more than 10 years of consulting and market research experience, Dr. Sanjay Mazumdar has led
Lucintel in diverse projects such as strategic growth consulting, M & A, due diligence, value chain
assessments and opportunity analyses. Sanjay has been instrumental in leading and
executing hundreds of projects for OEMs, Tier 1s, Tier 2s, material suppliers, and investors across aerospace, wind energy, transportation, chemical, composites and sporting goods markets. He has been chairman and speaker at various leading conferences.
Sanjay holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal and has additional training in Strategic Management from MIT, Boston. He has also authored a highly endorsed book titled "Composites Manufacturing, Materials, Products and Process Engineering" and has published more than 25 technical papers for international journals and conference presentations.

Joseph Fritz, MBA, Vice President - Research and Operations
Joseph is Lucintel’s Vice President of Research and Operations with over 25 years’ work experience
in the Aerospace, Defense, Energy and Automotive industries. Joseph’s strengths
include strategic consulting, market research, cost benchmarking, operations and
continuous improvement.
Prior to Lucintel, Joseph worked both domestically and internationally for a number
of prestigious manufacturers. As an engineer at General Electric Aerospace,
he worked on several defense initiatives, including the Trident II Fire Control
System and the Phalanx Close-In Weapons System. After completing his post
graduate studies, Joseph went on to work with a number of manufacturers in the metals
industry, including Alcoa Howmet Castings and Doncasters Group Ltd where he made
contributions to numerous programs, including Joint Strike Fighter, Boeing’s 787
Dreamliner and the M1 Abrams tank. Over his career, he has successfully held
leadership positions in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Marketing and
Sales.
He holds certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and the Toyota Production
System. Joseph received his MBA from Union College in Strategic Planning and
Marketing and his BS (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Connecticut.

Steve Parker, Vice President, Sales (Market Reports)
Steve is Lucintel’s Vice President of Sales - Market Reports with over 27 years
work experience in Defense, Energy, Construction and Manufacturing. As a business
leader, in Sales Management, Sales Life Cycle, and the Strategic Planning of Business
Development at the OEM level, Steve believes strongly in giving employees ownership
of their work. This empowerment model has been a key to his success as an executive
manager for a global manufacture and recently vice president of a national firm.
He was responsible for substantial growth, and impressive commercialization value
with EBS Group. He has been instrumental in negotiating contracts with Top tier
Fortune companies. He was the principal on projects with the US Army’s Antiterrorism/Force
Protection (AT/FP), USACE, ADAC Air Force, federal and local government.
Key Skills: Strategic sales strategy and management, value strategies, business
development, developing sales force, fostering collaboration, increasing transparency,
growing revenue, establishing methodology and process, risk management, project
management, and turn around results.
Steve received his MBA from Texas Tech University and his BBA in sales and marketing.
He is a certified risk manager from IRACP. He studied Micro Computer Technology
at Eastfield College, and he holds a Texas Loan officers license. His is a member
of the American Marketing Association, Texas Tech Mass Communications, The Dallas
Business Club, SEMI, The Dallas Blue Business Network, and AAF.

Alan Clark, VP, Sales (Consulting)
Alan is VP, Sales (Consulting) for Lucintel covering the key markets of Aerospace,
Energy and Chemical. He has over 30 years of sales and business development experience
in various sectors. He is based in Leicestershire, UK.
Prior to Lucintel, Alan worked for many leading Aerospace companies including BAE
Systems, Goodrich, Meggitt, Doncasters and PCC (AETC) covering complex systems,
supply chain solutions, component and process sales. Alan has been responsible for
developing and implementing innovative market strategies leading to substantial
profitable growth. He has also served on a number of contracts advisory committees
and provided advice on exporting to a number of SMEs.
Key skills: Strategic thinking, business turnaround, creating new opportunities,
understanding business drivers, risk management, new channel identification, market
analysis, technology road mapping, sales strategy and management.
Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management. Alan believes
in the importance of a strong corporate vision backed by a robust and validated
market strategy to excel in an ever changing market environment.
Charlie Kazmierski, Program Manager, Lucintel
Charlie is Program Manager for Lucintel with 20 years of diverse experience in market
research, opportunity screening, value based management, voice of the customer,
value chain analysis, and market structure analysis. Former marketing research professional
with Dow Chemical, encompassing a succession of increasingly responsible positions
in market research and business intelligence, including business unit research analyst,
research manager for business analysis team, subject matter expert in marketing
research expertise center, and internal business/ marketing consultant.
Nigel O’Dea, Business Development Manager, Lucintel
Nigel is an industrial marketing specialist with extensive engineering plastics
& composites with international sales & marketing management roles for major
MNC’s such as DSM Engineering Plastics, GE Plastics and Scott Bader Ltd. He has
a proven track record of doing business with OEM customers, export agents and distributor
partners. Graduate of Brunel University, with a B. Sc. (hons.) degree in Materials
Science & Management and a postgraduate Marketing Diploma from The Chartered
Institute of Marketing (CIM), of which he is also a member.
